Experience

As People Business Partner, I have worked closely senior leadership teams to ensure that all people matters, processes and changes were managed in an efficient and effective way. I regularly offered guidance and support to ensure all people activities were within guidelines, policies, and employee legislation. For example, I have played a fundamental part in the successful re-organisation of half the population with minimal interruption to people’s work life and reduced negative personal impact by supporting the leadership team through the process. My ethos is to care and show compassion for people through what can feel like very challenging changes to their working patterns.

As a Customer Culture & Engagement Partner I have been responsible for identifying, promoting, and leading continuous improvements in the workplace culture and experience – as felt by employees, customers, and the community.  I did this through a balanced mix of insightful data analysis and presentation, gathering input from key stakeholders through surveys and focus groups, while keeping a close eye on trends and best practice. I successfully presented the organisation with well-considered proposals to drive and deliver on opportunities and their aspirations in line with a newly refreshed vision, mission, values, and culture. As a result both employee and customer net promoter scores increased significantly.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in the Learning and Development space, and have a passion for lifelong learning. I have created several learning & development strategies over the years. Providing direct support to leaders to identify, and deliver appropriate learning interventions to establish and maintain an appropriately skilled high performing organisation. I have created plans for career progression, talent management, succession planning and have trained managers on how to support their people through all aspects of employee lifecycle to ensure that engagement levels are maintained or improved where possible.

As a coach, I provide personalised and professional coaching to help individuals to unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and achieve their desired outcomes. I use various tools and techniques to help my clients gain clarity, confidence, and motivation.
